And there it goes. . .

Just sent S.C.E. #63, Echoes of Coventry off to kradical.

I'm coming to the conclusion you can only do so many rewrites/edits on one piece of work before someone else needs to sit down and whack at it for you. I think I'm a little cross-eyed still after going through it, not only reading it, but viewing it with the "Reveal Codes" on, so that I can spot all the erroneous spacings, double periods, etc. Even after running it through the various tools on the computer, I'm still paranoid enough to have to do it by hand.

Guess it's time to start working on those next S.C.E. proposals. ;)

Stayed up way too late last night. I think I'm going to bed.

Bleah.

Good luck! My experience is usually to find a really glaring error just after I've sent a story off... so now I don't even open the file again, to save myself the pain!

If there's one thing writers share—it's anxiety. I got it. In loads. And don't worry—it'll be great. I want to read it! Especially since we wrote about the same character!

Yeah, kradical sent me a copy of your story right after I got back from San Diego. Draft #4, thank you very much. ;)

You know, you could warn me you were going to . . . oops, that would be telling. Although I do have a few questions for you. Krad was "elusive" when I asked him about the last chapter. I got a solid "maybe" from him. (sigh)

Mind if I drop you an e-mail?

Ooh... he didn't give you the last chapter?!

Please, email me at ph8dra@comcast.net and yeah -- he said my ending was still a bit "up in the air".
